Abstract
Soxhlet extraction was used to remove fat, monosaccharides and oligosaccharides from loquat leaf, and microwave extraction technology and orthogonal experimental method, to extract polysaccharide and flavonoids from loquat leaf, which were used to be in vitro antioxidant research. The optimum technological conditions for extracting total flavonoids and polysaccharide were respectively as follows: ethanol concentration of 80%, microwave power 400 w, the processing time of 60 s, solid-liquid ratio 1:40; and microwave power 560 w, processing time 40 s, solid-liquid ratio 1:30 for polysaccharide.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
