Abstract
The conditions of extracting flavonoids from peanut hull and the antioxidant activity of flavonoids were discussed. The results showed that the raw material was first soaked in 80% ethanol for 1 h at 65℃,then extracted with the assistance of microwave. The optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction were as follows:ratio of solid mass to liquid volume 1∶30,microwave power 515 W,irradiation time 120 s.Under these conditions, the extraction rate was 83.7%.The extract had strong ability of the clearance of free radical and certain antioxidant activity.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
