Abstract

This paper discusses the important part that the three retrieval journals EI,SCI and ISTP play in the scientific metrology,describes the selection standards and methods for cited journals by the three journals.The author concentrates on how to raise the cited rate of the sci tech articles of our country by the retrieval journals and how to step up internationalism of the sci tech periodicals of our country,and put forward some suggestion on it.
