Abstract
This paper discusses the important part that the three retrieval journals Ei,SCI and ISTP play in the scientific metrology,describes the selective standard and methods for cited journals by the three journals.The authors have pondered deeply on how to raise the cited rate of the sci tech articles of our country by the retrieval journals,and put forward some suggestions on it.
