Abstract

The investment control is in the whole course of construction project.The course of construction project includes three stages: project decision,project design and project carry-out.The author proposes his opinion that the design stage is the most important one in the investment control of the construction project,discusses the influence of best design on construction investment and the shortcomings of its operation and then gives some suggestions on best design in order to control the investment in construction project..
