Considerations on the Construction of a Litigation System for the Public Interests in Environment Protection

As tangles in environment protection are gradually becoming a social problem, the public appeal more and more for a litigation system for public interests, whereas the legislation about environment protection in China has not yet had any clear definition on litigation system for public interests. Under the guide ofthe idea of “the durable development”, this paper focused on the basic frames of beginning model, transition model and target model so as to consideron the construction of a litigation system for public interests in environment protection.
