The employment condition analysis under the control of industrial structure in Qinghai

Abstract
Whether the indnstrial structure and the employment structure are coordinate or not directly influences the transferring's progress of labor force between each section of industry. Basing on clarifying the phenomenon of Turn falsely and highly in Qinghai, the author analyzed the reason of the disadvantage in employment aiming at realizing the development of coordination between the industrial structure and the employment structure. The author also made a judgment as for alleviating the pressure of employment.
