Abstract
In the presence of Tween-80,trace zinc associates with thiocyanate and crystal violet can form a blue-violet ionic complex,can trace zinc be determined by FIA spectrophotometry.The optimum conditions were got by this method.The results showed the method was sensitve,precise and simple,quick and anti-interference,the linearity of standard solution was excellent between 50-500 μg/L zinc relative solution and the relative coefficient was 0.9981,the detection limit was 40 μg/L,the recovery rates were 95%-105%,the relative deviation of 500 μg/L zinc standard solution was 2.6%.
