On the Legal Security of the Right to Education in Impoverished Minority Areas——Taking Sha Che as an example

Ethnic minority education is an important component of educational project and a key part of minority work in our country. As a fundamental right of ethnic minorities,right to education is the premise and foundation of other rights of ethnic minorities. Based on a survey of educational development in impoverished minority areas,this paper illustrates the meaning of right to receive education,current status of guarantee of right to education and improvement of right to education of our minority nationalities.This study is designed to appeal our attention to minority education to advance the implementation of the strategy of prospering the nation with science and education and to establish a harmonious society of social democracy.
