Empirical analysis of the financial support for the new rural construction in Hebei province

The development of rural finance is the important factor for promoting rural economic development,increasing farmer's income and achieving construction of new countryside.The main body of this paper took Hebei province as an example,adopting the empirical analysis method,started with the current situation of financial support in Hebei province,and then pointed out that with the growing demand for the capital in rural area,there were some defects in the rural financial support,such as under-supply,slow development of rural credit cooperative and the poor side of the rural credit environment etc.By analyzing the causes of the problems,the writer presented corresponding measures in order to provide certain reference for improving the rate of the financial support and building a new socialist countryside in Hebei province.
