Abstract
Collaborative partners both share tacit knowledge and compete for tacit knowledge, which, unavoidably, produces risks related to the transfer of tacit knowledge. To effectively minimize the possible risks,it is crucial to ascertain the influencing factors in tacit knowledge transfer based on collaborative innovations.Searching for functioning mechanisms of these influencing factors will be an important research focus in the future.
