An Analysis of Factors in Tacit Knowledge Transfer

In this paper,various factors in the tacit knowledge transfer are analyzed in five aspects: the subject,relationship of the partners,tacit knowledge itself,transfer media and the transfer environment of the tacit knowledge transfer. Moreover,efforts are also made to summarize and refer to previous literature,esp. the latest study achievements in that respect. Through the analysis,a fairly systematic and comprehensive idea can be gained of factors in the tacit knowledge transfer so as to facilitate further studies in that regard and the smooth tacit knowledge transfer.
