Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Angongniuhuang pellets. Methods The ratio of dry extraction and the content of three ingredients(baicalin, geniposide, berberine hydrochloride)were used as the index. The orthogonal test was used for studying the effect of the concentration of alcohol, amount of alcohol, extraction time, number of extraction times on the content. Results The optimial preparation condition was to add 12 times as much alcohol of the concentration of 70%.The reflow extraction was 3 times,2 hours each time. Conclusion This technique is simple, stable, reasonable, and can be used for industrial production.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
