A Review on Judicial Information Disclosure System from the Vision of Anti-corruption

The 18th Party Congress Report put forward executing power in the sunshine,which has a great significance for establishing open and transparent judicial information disclosure system to curb judicial corruption. Although academia and the Supreme People 's Court have been strongly promoted judicial information disclosure,the system still indicates many deficiencies. Therefore,it is necessary to explore the problems in our judicial information disclosure system to provide a theoretical basis for the further improvement of the judicial information disclosure system in China.
