Prospects of China′s Judicial Information Disclosure System in View of Sunshine Anti-corruption

It has a very important significance for establishing open and transparent judicial information disclosure system to curb judicial corruption. In order to realize the judicial information disclosure system,it is necessary to accurately define the connotation ofjudicial information disclosureand the scope and content of judicial information disclosure as well. We must clarify the relationship between judicial information disclosure and the relevant systems. After the reconstruction of the basic theory of judicial information disclosure,we should establish and improve relevant legislation to improve the system of judicial information disclosure.
