The effect observation of losartan combined with captopril in systolic heart failure

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of losartan combined with captopril in systolic heart failure(CHF).Methods 64 cases patients in CHF were divide into treatment group(34 cases)and control group(30 cases).Treatment group was gave losartan and captopril,control group was gave captopril.Compared with clicine effect,HR,BP and ECG of two groups. Results After 12 weeks,LVEDV,LVESV,EF,FS,CD and heart function of two groups were significant improvement(P0.05);And treatment group compared with contral group,the improvement was more significant(P0.05).Conclusion The effect of losartan combined with captopril in CHF was better than captopril.
