Abstract
Microcapsules with a double-layered shell containing disperse dyes were prepared by means of in-situ polymerization and were applied to one bath dyeing with encapsulated disperse / Argazol NF reactive dyes for polyester/cotton blends.Compared with traditional one bath disperse/reactive dyeing, the dyeing process with encapsulated disperse / Argazol NF reactive dyes could be done in the absence of dispersant and leveling agent, and eliminating reduction clearing,as well as the color fastness of dyed products was equal or even higher than that of traditional dyeing.
