Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to adjust and renew the grade assessment of urban land by establishing a indicators system,in which the county-level administrative units currently in China are the basic units.Methods of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation,Delphi and GIS analysis were employed.The results indicate that the grades of urban land of the total 2863 units throughout the country are within the scope of 1-15 after adjustment,in which the grades of 302 units are changed comparing the original.It is concluded that it is scientific and feasible way to adjust the current grade results of urban land all over the country through the different levels,in which the main urban areas of 287 prefecture-level cities throughout the country are set as the benchmark points.
