Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of sub-bowman's keratomileusis(SBK) for treatment of myopia, and discuss its application value. Methods: A retrospective from January 2010 to September in our hospital of 71 cases(133eyes) underwent the treatment of myopia by SBK,to analyze the postoperative uncorrected visual acuity, refraction, tear film break up time(BUT),complications, etc. Results: Postoperative 1 week the eyes of UCVA equal to or better than 0.5 are 133(100%),≥ 1.0 are 131(98.5%);postoperative 1 week diopter ≤ ± 0.5 with 112 eyes(84.2%),≤ ± 1.0 with 129 eyes(97.0%);postoperative 3 months BUT is 14.42 ± 3.24,basically returned to preoperative levels, after 3 and 6 months compared with the preoperative was no significant difference(P 0.05);11 eyes(8.3%) with flap edge bleeding,5 eyes(3.8%) had a small amount of epithelial implantation beneath the corneal flap, corneal flap slightly wrinkled, local mild interlayer keratitis reaction, and processed corneal still were transparent. Conclusion: The treatment of myopia by SBK is safe, effective, and predictable, with good clinical value.
