Application and Comparison of Shared Ownership Model Used in Affordable Housing System

The construction of affordable housing in China is generally encountered the restricted funding bottleneck,thus,the introduction of shared ownership model may be the solution. The typical application either in China or in overseas will first be discussed and possible Chinese shared ownership model will also be suggested via referencing the application in the United Kingdom. Moreover,it will be evaluated through the angel of family and government supporting agencies,and reflected its role in social indemnificatory housing and its advantage to improve the government investment efficiency in a quantifying method.
