Shared Ownship Housing in Foreign Counties and its Implications to China

The paper starts with the basic concept of shared ownership,and make an introduction on the development of shared ownership housing systems in the UK,the US and Australia with elaborate analysis on models,objective residents,property rights allocation and organizations of each countries.Then implications are given,involed shared ownership models,independent agency and affordability protection.Finally,some suggestion are put forward on improving Chinas shared ownership housing.
