Reflections on China's breakthrough of foreign technical barriers in agricultural products

Abstract
This article analyzes the situations and characteristics of the technical barriers of agricultural products in international trade,lists the reasons caused by technical barriers in China's agricultural products export,and puts forward the idea that China must improve its competitiveness both in export trade and home market before her breakthrough in foreign technical barriers for its agricultural products.The auther offers 6 related measures for upgrading China's competitive power in international agricultural market,and gives some suggestions in protecting China's agricultural products and its farmers interests through technical barriers.
