Abstract

Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT), as a means of the protectionism, is set up to carry out trade protection by the developed countries. And those barriers have brought out severe problems to the export of agricultural products of our country. This paper analyzes the problems and the effects to the agricultural products of our country on the basis of economics analysis and positive analysis, and then brings forward the countermeasures of our government and the producers in the export of our agricultural products.
