Legal system of new rural CMS

With the promotion of new rural cooperative medical care system,problems existing in such system are becoming more and more obvious.Starting from the problems existing in new rural cooperative medical care system,this paper analyzes the necessity to build the legal system for new rural CMS,and elaborates the feasibility of building the legal system by analyzing the domestic political and economic circumstances and the experience of foreign medical care systems,and further explains the inevitability of building the legal system for new rural cooperative medical care system.
