Abstract
As the highest form of new industrialization,circular economy is the basic way to control pollution,improve utilization rates of resource,and realize economy,society and environment benefits.It's a system engineering of sustainable development.The paper introduces its features briefly,analyzes examples that the developed countries developing their circular economy,studies the realization strategies deeply,sums up successful experience,and expects their useful meaning to develop circular economy in our country.
