An Empirical Research on the Interaction between Urban and Rural Overall planning and Economic Development——Co-integration Test and Impulse Response Analysis Based on Anhui Province

This paper establishes the index system of urban and rural overall planning and economic development,and based on Anhui province's data of 1981-2006,it carries on a reasonable measure of them by using factor analysis,then makes an empirical research on the relationship between urban and rural overall planning and economic development according to quality synthetic evaluation value calculated.The results indicate that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between urban and rural overall planning and economic development of Anhui province,and economic development doesn't automatically lead to urban and rural overall planning,but conversely broadens further the gaps between urban and rural development in a long term.
