Abstract
Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect on the treatment of depression with Liver's Qi stasis by magnetic therapy on the acupoints,so as to supply a theoretical and clinical proofs for application. Methods:This study is a clinical research.According to the unified standards of diagnosis, bringing into and excluding, there are 270 patients of the depression with Liver's Qi stasis. The patients were randomly divided into three treatment groups:magnetic-acupoint treatment group, electroacupuncture control group and baiyoujie control group.By evaluating the effect on the SDS pre and post treatment to judge the total and the cardinal symptom effect. Results:It showed that the total curative effect rate in magnetic-acupoint treatment group is 82.76%,69.32% in electroacupuncture control group,84.71% in baiyoujie pill's control group, and that the main symptoms curative effect rate in magnetic-acupoint is 80.46%,68.18% in electroacupuncture control group, and 82.35% in baiyoujie pill's control group. The curative effect of treatment group was significantly higher than that of electroacupuncture control group, and equal to baiyoujie control group. Conclusion:The magnetic therapy was effective and safety on depression with Liver's Qi stasis.
