Frame of developing small town conceptual plan

Abstract

Compared domestic town with conceptual planning overseas,the connotation of small town conceptual planning was defined.The small town conceptual planning refers to total arrangement of the town economic and spacial structure,which reflects small town total development trend and its inner character.Based on this,the contents and frame of developing small town conceptual plan were proposed and the relationship between small town conceptual planning and master planning was analyzed.Then the present condition and development condition of Benniu town and the character,industry,population size,space distribution and landscape of this town were discussed in order to apply small town conceptual planning to Benniu town,Jiangsu province.
