Abstract
The author introduces the main contents of the planning and the design of the small town,discusses the principles to be followed of the planning and the design of the small town,deeply studies the problems in the theory and the practice based on the experience of the planning and the design of the small town,and puts forward the feasible solutions,to promote the planning and construction of the small town.
