Abstract
A simulation model of test rig and 120 control valve based on air flow dynamics is used to compare two test rig standards for initial changing.First 10 control valves were tested with two kinds of rig,and 10 virtual valve were found by the simulation model according to experiment results of 705 rig.The virtual experiment results obtained on 120 test rig show a good coherence to the real rig results. The qualified control valve on 705 test rig on the standard boundary are found with the simulation model, and these valve were virtual tested on 120 test rig.An equivalent virtual standard to 705 test rig is obtain for 120 test rig.Comparing the virtual and real standard of 120 test rig,the real standard of 120 test rig is less strict than the standard of 705 test rig.
