Abstract
Objective: To probe the mechanism of fetal hypoxia in Intrahepatic Cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods: Use Medline system to review the relative literatures, then sum up and analyses. Results: The fetal hypoxia in Intrahepatic Cholestasis of pregnancy was related to the pathology changes in placenta, the levels of bile acids, the meconium stained amnionic fluid and the steroid metabolism. Conclutions: The causes and mechanism of fetal hypoxia in pregnancy women with intrahepatic cholestasis still needs further research.
