Abstract

Objective To study the relations between abnormal fetal heart rate patter and fetal distress.Methods Using Fetal electronic monitoring instrument inspect fetal heart rate and uterine contraction in 1 336 later pregnant women.Results In 1 336 later pregnant women,128 cases(9.58 %)were abnormal fetal heart rate curve. In 128 cases, there were abnormal things in 101 cases(78.91 %);newborn distress 46 cases and 2 death(37.50 %);Conclusion Abnormal fetal heart rate curve is important value in diagnosis fetal distress.
