Abstract

The great-leap-forward development of higher education brings people to ponder over higher education and the teaching quality deeply. It is important that some key measures should be taken to guarantee and improve the teaching quality in higher education by way of doing the evaluation of teaching affairs, strengthening the cultivation of the teaching staff, increasing the investment in education and teaching affairs, pushing forward the reform of education, reinforcing the features of running the universities and colleges and carrying out the movement of building the cultural campus.
