Abstract

Open Education not only means opening to students, but it is also more important to mean opening to educational ideas, resources and teaching processes. For after all, it is the eternal theme of a school to improve teaching quality. The article aims at discussing how to guarantee the teaching quality by teaching process so as to develop distance education.
