Clinical Observation on 35 Cases of Positive Peptic Ulcer with Helicobacter Pylori Treated by Qingyouyuyang Decoction

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Peptic Ulcer with HP treated by Qingyouyang Decoction.Methods:70 cases were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.Treatment group took Qingyouyuyang Decoction orally for four weeks.Control group treated by the Triple Therapeutic Method:taking oral administration of omeprazole for four weeks,while amoxicillin and tinidazole for one week.To observe the therapeutic effect and narrowing ulcer's surface,HP clearance rate and different syndrome types' efficacy,stability and security of curative effect were investigated in both groups.Results:With no adverse reaction,the cured markedly effective rate of the treatment group and the control group are 82.9% and 77.1% respectively;The two groups also have no significant differences both in therapeutic effects and narrowing ulcer's surface(P0.05),but they have significant differences in relapse rate and HP clearance rate(P0.05);The therapeutic effect of different syndrome types in treatment group has no significant differences(P0.05).Results:PU treated by Qingyouyuyang Decoction has a good therapeutic effect,low relapse rate,high HP clearance rate.And the different syndrome types of HU treated by Qingyouyuyang Decoction in a modified dialectical way,with a trait stability and security of therapeutic effect.
