Abstract

The development of agricultural science and technology has enter into new period,on the one hand the technological management needs to be promoted,on the other hand the talents are lack.The change of technological environment under new situation is analyzed,the location of technological management is discussed,and the problems are put forward to provide references for the technological management in the future.
