Abstract
Based on trapdoor one-way function, this paper presents a RSA -based probabilistic public-key algorithm with security and efficiency and the correctness of algorithm was proved. This algorithm contains the benefits of both RSA public-key cryptosystem and probabilistic cryptosystem and overcomes some of their disadvantages.The new algorithm achieves the functions of data encryption, plaintext authentication and digital signature.
