Abstract

The public cultural service, being as a bright spot in social transition period, has been advocated and practiced increasingly by cultural departments at all levels in recent years. This paper introduces the current construction of rural libraries in Guangzhou City, expounds some factors restricting the development of rural libraries, and puts forward some solutions for the construction and sustainable development of the public cultural service system of rural libraries.
