Abstract
Combined with abundant teaching experience,the importance of the course of Food Chemistry was emphasized,the reasonable teaching content system was established,the teaching process was took overall arrangement scientifically,the preparation work before class was made,and diverse teaching ways were carried out in the teaching process in order to improve the course's teaching quality.
