Abstract
Objective To study on the relationship between primary empty sella syndrome (PESS) and headache. Materials and Methods Such clinical data as sex,age,clinical manifestations and MRI examination of 140 cases of PESS during a period of 2006-2009 were retrospectively analyzed The relationship between the level of empty sella and the degree of headache was studied. Results There was no statistics significant difference between level of empty sella and the degree of headache. Conclusion The level of empty sella has no relationship with the degree of headache.
