Abstract

An extraction technology of flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves was studied in this paper. When the crude leaves were pretreated with the cellulase enzyme before extraction process, the extraction yield of total flavonoids was up to 2.01%.The extraction conditions were also determined as following:concentration of enzyme in the liquor 0.125 (g/L),mixture ratio between enzyme and substrate 1∶1200,treating time 2 h,45 ℃,and natural pH value.
