A Review of the Policy of Chinese Peasant Workers

This paper analyzed evolutional processes of policy of peasant worker, studied the outstanding feature of the policy of Chinese peasant workers in every phase in the reform process,pondered the direction of the policy of the Chinese peasant worker.This will provide the theoretical and academic support for the scientific establishment and appropriate design of the policy of Chinese peasant worker and sufficiently develop and employ the rich labor resources in rural area,and finally exert the peasant workers' promotional function for the urban and rural economic development and social progress.
