Overall Tuition Charge to Graduates and the Issue of Educational Equity

Overall tuition charge to graduates has become a hot issue in the graduate education reform.Due to the shortage of the educational funds and the peculiarity of graduate education,it seems rational and necessary to some extent that students should pay their tuition.But if it was carried out,many students could lose the opportunity for further education,which would demonstrate a phenomenon of educational inequity.In order to solve the problem,firstly we should establish reasonable proportion of the educational cost that students should pay and perfect the standards of the graduate tuition;secondly,we should better our scholarship and loan system and build up a better safeguard system of the graduate tuition.
