Abstract
Legalism was in dominant position during Qin Dynasty, but Confucianism had also played a key role on politics and social lives at that time. As a very important group, Coniiieian scholars actively took part in many vital political activities. ideas had already filtered into all aspects of the social lives in Qin Dynasty. The influences of ideas can be understood impartially through the new analysis to the affairs of Book burnt and Confucian scholars killed.
