Abstract
Water extraction in different leaf of phllostachys pubescens was determined by qualitative analysis. The results showed that flavone, glucide, amino acid and anthracene were found in phllostachys pubescens leaves. The protein content and total sugar content for leaves of phllostachys pubescens were analyzed by using Kjeldahl and spectrophotometric methods. The results shown that the protein content averaged 16.68%, the total sugar content averaged 24.61%, The total flavone content and total phenol content for leaves of phllostachys pubescens were determined by using Al(NO3)3-NaNO2 and Forintreagentreversion colorimetry, the results showed that the total flavone content averaged 0.86% and the total phenol content averaged 2.74 %.
