Abstract
The composition of Shisanxiang powder oil obtained by supercritical CO_2 extraction and steam distillation was studied. GC-MS analysis results indicated that the main difference among the two products is the content of fatty acids. The main compositions of supercritical CO_2 fluid extraction oil are trans-Anethole, Limonene and fatty acids, which includes Oleic acid, Linoleic acid, Palmitic acid, Myristic acid and so on. The main composition of steam distillationoil is trans-Anethole and Limonene.
