Abstract

Higher education quality reflects how much higher education satisfies the needs of society.Higher education quality not only reflects the values which people choose to believe in certain circumstances,but also indicates the standard how to judge the higher education system.With the society development,the core values of higher education quality keep transforming.Based on the new requirement of scientific development,we are supposed to build scientific perspectives of higher education quality.Scientific perspectives of higher education quality should promote individual's all around development,meet the society needs,etc.
