Analysis of antibiotics application in perioperative

Objective Understood the time of the patients with cesarean used antimicrobial at perioperative and postoperative infection in our hospital.Methods According to difference dosage regimen of 642 cases of cesarean section in our hospital were divided into study group(n=128)and control group(n=514)randomly,study group of perioperative medication,and postoperative administration in the control group.Observed the efficacy and dosage of antimicrobial.Results The body temperature,fever time and postoperative morbidity of study group and control group had no significant difference(P0.05).Total study group of antibiotics in the control group 50%～60%.Conclusion Selective caesarean section used low-dose,short course of antibiotics sufficient to can achieve the desired results,and used in perioperative was appropriate
