Abstract

Higher vocational education carries the characters of both secondary vocational and technical education and higher education, and still it has its own feature. It is necessary,from the logic of value, to identify its importance; to explore its relevance ; to regard it as a whole and to care the influence of the value choices of subjects related on its state and forms.
