Relationship of the Value of CT Liver and Atherosclerosis

Objective To observe liver CT value and atherosclerosis degree relations,is the medicine intervented atherosclerosis tests seeked the nonlethal observation target,Enhances the atherosclerosis to the quality of intervene experimental.Methods 40 rabbits were divided as group A(Fiveleaf Gynostemma Herb),group B(Simvastain),group C(high blood fat model),group E(normal-controlled)at random,which was fed high fat food added Fiveleaf Gynostemma Herb 5 g/kg,high fat feedstuff added simvastain 5 mg/kg,high fat feedstuff and standard feedstuff respectively.TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were checked before the experiment and after the sixth and ninth week of the experiment.Seventh week and the ninth week,the rabbit was inspected on the CT.pathology shape of the liver and the Aortic pathology was observed.Results ① TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C: TG,TC and LDLC of group A,group B and group C were growing gradually.TG、TC、LDL-C of group A and group B were lower than group C(P0.05),TG、HDL-C、LDL-C of group A were better than group B(P0.05).② CT examination:CT values of group A,group B and group C were reducing gradually.Raises seventh week、nineth week,group A of CT value is higher than B group,C group(P0.01),group B of CT value is higher than group C(P0.01).③ Aortic pathology:A group of and B group of AS area and the degree remarkably are lower than C group(P0.01).④ examined by liver pathology: the livers of group A、group B and group C were diffuse swellings,the fringe was blunt and thick with the color of grey yellow.Compared with group B and C,the liver of group A was flush ruddy and the degree of liver swelling was lightened.2/3 of the hepatocyte of group A had the change of fatty and become the moderate fatty liver.The happened rate of fatty liver was 100%.Conclusion The liver CT value and the liver fatty type changes the degree,the atherosclerosis degree has the certain relations,may test the atherosclerosis degree indirect target as the medicine atherosclerosis,to instructs the experimental process to have the certain value.
